We have a warranty of one year on production malfunctions. This covers production and design flaws. Corrosion and deterioration caused by material fatigue after extended use is not covered by the warranty. Perfect bag for not only travelling but to university as well. Shipping was really quick to Germany. The bag has lots of compartments, is very light and looks exactly like in the pictures. Even the colour is perfect (I bought mine in pink). Really glad to have bought this bag and I clearly recommend it to anyone. Can´t wait to use it in a few days when I have to travel abroad!

This bag is the perfect size. Shipping tooks 25 days, to Latvia. I bought it because I was going to need to take my laptop on a work trip, but needed something I could put other things in as well on the plane. This has plenty of room for my laptop, tablet, kindle, wallet, and other items. The straps are very comfortable. The bag is of good quality. It is very nice to use for commute. I have just got my backpack – took about 8 days. It’s excellent. Lots of compartments which is ideal. I have got as just going into autumn and we get lots of rain so ideal for going to work on the bus ?…. only thing is I wish there was a bottle holder on one side or a bigger inner pocket for it inside in slimmer backpack.
